Heritage Academy's tuition covers the full school term. Tuition includes academic instruction and nurturing of students.

Heritage Academy requires a non-refundable, annual registration/re-enrollment fee of $150. This fee is required for registration.
All Heritage Academy students have a $200 Supply and Book fee; $100 due August 1 and $100 due January 1.
The Academy offers four payment plans for tuition. All payments are due without notice. Available plans include: monthly, quarterly, semi-annual and annual.
Monthly Plan - Families selecting the monthly payment plan for their child must pay in full by the first of each month of each academic year. Payment deadlines begin August 1. Payment deadlines include: August 1, September 1, October 1, November 1, December 1, January 1, February 1, March 1, April 1, May 1, June 1, and July 1 of the current academic year.
Quarterly Plan - Family selecting the quarterly payment plan for their child must pay in full by Aug. 1, November 1, February 1 and May 1 of each academic year.
Semi-Annual Plan - Families selecting the semi-annual payment plan for their child must pay in full by August 1 and the following January 1 of each academic year.
Annual Plan - Families selecting the annual payment plan for their child must pay in full by August 1 each academic year.
New students admitted to Heritage Academy after the school year has started will be prorated based on the plan selected. The initial payment, registration and fees are paid at the time of enrollment.
All payments are considered late five days after the due date. A late fee of $30 will be billed per child per month to past due accounts after the 15th of each month for each month which a payment is due. STUDENT TRANSCRIPTS WILL NOT BE RELEASED UNTIL ALL TUITION AND FEES ARE PAID IN FULL. A RETURNING STUDENT'S TUITION FOR THE PREVIOUS YEAR MUST BE PAID IN FULL BEFORE REENTRY.
